Delete your Cozy Room data

Cozy Room by Musidev Games

You can delete your Cozy Room account and everything saved with it at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the game (right away)

• Open Cozy Room and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete my data, then Delete everything.
• Your phone needs to be online for this.

Everything below is deleted straight away, and the game starts fresh.

2. By email (if you can't open the game)

• Email support@musidevgames.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• Include your Player ID. You'll find it at the bottom of the game's Settings, next to the version number (tap it to copy). If you can't open the game any more, tell us your player name and the Google account you saved your progress with, and we'll find it.
• We delete your data within 30 days and reply to let you know.

What gets deleted

• your player account, and its links to Google and Google Play Games
• your online save: profile (name, avatar, colour, title), rooms, story progress, stars, Syiling coins, achievements and play counts
• the redeem codes you have used
• your gameplay events in Unity Analytics

What we keep

Nothing about you. We keep only a daily count of how many accounts were deleted (just a number, without your player ID). Google Play keeps its own records of any purchases you made, under Google's privacy policy. Deleting your data online doesn't remove the game from your phone: to clear what's saved on your phone, uninstall the game or clear its storage in your phone's settings (the in-game option clears it for you).
